About Judo Bank term deposits

Judo Bank is one of the youngest deposit-taking institutions in Australia. It offers some of the most competitive term deposit rates around.

Customers can apply for term deposits from 3 months to 5 years. Interest may be paid at maturity, monthly or annually.

Judo Bank offers customers a “loyalty bonus” when you roll over your maturing term deposit into a new term deposit with the bank. Customers can earn additional bonus interest on top of the standard term deposit rates for the new term.

Judo Bank’s term deposits require 31 days’ notice to break a term deposit before it reaches maturity.

Judo Bank doesn't charge monthly service fees for term deposits, however you may incur an interest adjustment for terminating a term deposit before it reaches maturity.

Judo Bank term deposits review

Judo Bank term deposits are a highly competitive choice in the Australian market.

If you’re in the market for a term deposit to store your money and lock it away to earn interest at a high rate, without much interaction, Judo Bank may be one option to consider. Judo Bank is able to offer customers high interest rates compared to many other providers, including the big four banks.

As Judo Bank is such a young bank, there are currently no branches in Australia. If you’re the type of customer who relies on face-to-face communication with your bank, this may not be the most ideal term deposit option for you.
